Au.ORA Inc. is not responsible for any lost or stolen items delivered by USPS. Please allow 2-3 days for processing and handling on all orders.

Domestic Shipping:

All orders totaling over $100 include FREE USPS shipping.
 
International Shipping:

We gladly offer International Shipping to our customers. Please note that Au.ORA Inc. is not responsible for customs and duty charges that may or may not be incurred.

International Priority is charged a flat rate of $22.00 and does not include tracking or insurance. Please allow 6-10 business days to receive your order.
International Express is charged a flat rate of $38.00 and includes tracking and insurance. Please allow 3-5 business days to receive your order and note that a signature is required upon arrival.
